Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with legal questions. Laws about copyrights, trademarks, and other relevant issues vary widely in different areas. Because of this, it is impossible for us to assist with this type of question.

You are responsible for determining whether your use of our design(s) is legal. We recommend consulting a lawyer about your usage before releasing any products for sale.

While our designs are original, certain uses could violate copyrights and/or trademarks. For example, placing an NFL team logo on our football helmet patterns would likely violate both copyrights and trademarks of the team. This is because even though you have licensed our design you wouldn't be able to use the NFL team logo without also licensing that.
