I Haven't Received My Receipt

If you haven't received an email about your order yet, please do the following before contacting us:

Check Your Spam Folder

If you haven't done so already, check your spam folder to see if the email might have ended up there.

Check Promotional Tabs

Email services like Gmail may organize certain emails into tabs with labels like Promotions or Social instead of displaying them in your inbox. Check these tabs to see if the email is there.

Check the Correct Address

The email will be sent to the address you specify when ordering, Make sure you are checking that email account.

Before Contacting Us

Please allow at least 30 to 60 minutes after ordering before contacting us about not receiving an email. While most emails are sent out within a few minutes of your order, it will occasionally take longer. This can be caused by anything from an issue processing the payment or a delay in your email service displaying the email in your inbox.

If the email hasn't arrived after this time, contact us and provide the email address associated with your order.
